The 2026 CMV Safety Summit offered several ways for organizations to participate, including tiered Sponsorships, an Exhibit Hall, a Technology Showcase, and more. 20 Sponsors and Exhibitors elevated their brands and showcased their commitment to commercial motor vehicle safety by sponsoring this event (2 Gold, 8 Silver, 3 Bronze, 7 Exhibitors). An additional 12 did so at the Tech Showcase, several of which did so at both locations.

Exhibitors included eligible government, nonprofit, and research organizations that hosted a table in the Exhibit Hall.
Technology Showcase
The Technology Showcase was an additional, offsite opportunity for larger displays and demonstrations that could not be accommodated in the Exhibit Hall.

Innovation on the Road: A Tech Showcase

NC State Highway Patrol Training Track
Space was reserved for sponsors to display their products at the 2026 Innovation on the Road Showcase. Hosted at the North Carolina State Highway Patrol training track, the showcase featured presentations, hands-on demonstrations, simulators, crash tests, and more.
